Making this one short
Because I have a headache from the heat, despite napping most of the day. And the temps aren't going to get any better for the next week and a half. From Tuesday through next Tuesday, temps are expected to reach 100 or more in my area, and still no rain. We had a sprinkle for about an hour tonight and that was it. Not enough to help at all. Basically, just a tease.
I wanted lasagna for dinner but didn't want to have to make it from scratch, so Stouffer's it is. Not eating a lot because of the heat and headache. Everybody is miserable, and my poor zoo has it worst with all that fur. So plenty of water dishes all through the house for them. My generally unused large mixing bowls have temporarily become giant water bowls for the duration so they have plenty to drink no matter where in the house they are.
My gas guage is messed up in my poor 2001 Grand Am. Topped off the tank after groceries tonight and while it goes to the right spot for how much gas I have when I first crank it up, it immediately drops to empty and the light comes on. It still runs great but that is annoying. So now I have to get with my mechanic and see when he can get it in and look at it. Buggrit, as Foul Ole Ron would say.
The shop is coming along nicely. Switched to Shopify ... Etsy's fees are gonna bankrupt me. If I'm not getting sales, for whatever reason, I'd rather it be on a flat fee instead of a per-listing fee. Plus this way, I can control the site design better. Moving everything over is the hard part but it's slowly coming along. I have a few products to finish moving, and then editing them all to be how I want them as far as categories and such, then reopen for business, all by the first of August. With the POD printers I use, it's pretty easy to shift the products - just copy from Etsy into the Shopify site and poof...all I have to do is edit and set live. Unfortunately, it's pretty time-consuming, but I shall prevail.
Pictures!! Enjoy!
